2022 ‘Willow Grove’ Savagnin
Organic Savagnin from our friend Ryan Ponsford who farms the stunningly isolated Willow Grove vineyard alone. Single barrel, ouillé style topped for 24 months and then another 6 monnths in tank before bottling. Rich yellow fruits, hazelnuts and faint sherry notes with a waxy texture like all good Savagnin, held by a backbone of piercing acidity.
